BUILDING SITE FOR GAGE RESIDENCE WASILLA, ALASKA

On a 7 acre parcel that sits on Cottonwood Lake, will be the new home for the Gage family. The view of the Talkeetna mountains, over the lake, is spectacular! There is also a landing strip, so the family will be able to fly in and out. An airplane hangar and guest house are currently under construction. The home, approximately 3,300 sf, will sit above the lake, taking advantage of the views and southern exposure. The foundation was just poured in early October, 2011.
